Workplace Wellness Programs

Achieving corporate well-being through mindful yoga and ayurveda programs that benefit both employees and employers, help boost performance, cultivate resilience, manage stress and anxiety, and reduce burnout.

Description

I work with employers and staff to develop personalised well-being programs that suit their specific needs. My programs can be introduced as a regular practice or specifically designed for ad-hoc events or team well-being exercises. I design programs and tools that aid physical, mental and emotional wellbeing in the workplace and in everyday life.

Method

Comprehensive solutions are created using a combination of yogic and Ayurvedic lifestyle solutions, guided meditation, breath-work and mindfulness practices, that are personalised to the individual.

Causes

Some causes of burnout can be long working hours, lack of rejuvenating breaks for holistic reset, dysfunctional workplace dynamics, accumulating stress triggers of daily life, and lack of awareness and effective solutions. Offering a wellbeing program in your workplace is an effective step towards the larger business goals. The contribution to staff wellness reflects positively on the organisation and its ability to stay resilient.

🎖 By investing in these programs you can expect your employees

Prepare for situations such as public speaking, presentations, client pitches with tools that help reduce anxiety, increase clarity and focus, and boost confidence
